Covington Police Chief Spike Jones will speak with the South Covington Community Action Association Thursday during the organization's "hot dog social". The event starts at 6:30PM with the meeting beginning at 7:00PM at the Hands Pike Firehouse. The meeting will also serve as Jones's monthly community forum.
