MainStrasse Restaurant Among Website's Top 100 Nationally

Bouquet Restaurant & Wine Bar is on the list of the top 100 restaurants in the country serving American cuisine according to OpenTable.com, the online reservation site. In assembling the list, the website says, "American cuisine has truly come into its own, thanks in part to the chefs and restaurateurs who are elevating our nation's food culture one plate at a time. The list of winners is based on more than 5 million restaurant reviews submitted by OpenTable diners for more than 15,000 restaurants in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. This holiday season celebrate the cuisine that makes America's foodies feel that there's no place like home."

Bouquet, located on Main Street right at MainStrasse Village's most northern point also received an award of excellence this year from Wine Spectator magazine, according to the restaurant's website. Bouquet and its neighbor, Otto's, are both undergoing expansions,

No other restaurant in Northern Kentucky was honored in the American cuisine category by Open Table, though a few other Kentucky locations made the top 100: Corbett's Fine Dining and Lilly's Bistro in Louisville, and Patti's 1880s Settlement in Grand Rivers.

Orchids at Palm Court in Cincinnati also made the list.
